Your gathering, your quantities

Let’s get everything ready.

Adjust finished pieces above, then check what you already have. Quantities are pieces, not people.

10% is a starting assumption. Adjust it for your activity.

We round up spare beads and whole bags by color, after subtracting your stock. The default 1,000-bead bag is editable.

A little preparation goes a long way

Ready for the table.

The printable guide keeps the preparation simple, so you can focus on making together.

1

Choose & count

Set the number of each design. Check your inventory and the packaging you actually buy.

2

Set a little place

Prepare a compatible board per person working at once, sorting trays and printed pattern pages.

3

Make & notice

Follow the grids and try the counting prompts. An adult handles ironing following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Before you gather

These digital samples still need a physical trial. Age suitability, making time and hanging attachments are unconfirmed. Keep small beads away from young children. Print grids are reading guides, not 1:1 pegboard templates.
